Take time in nature, we all get hooked on devices like our lives can not exist without them, but you won't believe this we can actually survive.
Put your device/s away try for at least 20mins a day take your shoes off find a comfortable spot and sit, relax with the balls of your feet connected to the ground. Just listen to the sounds around, breathe in & exhale focus on deep breathing in through your nose out through your mouth, enjoy just being in nature with your shoes off, you'll be amazed how good you feel in mind & body.
